This page provides an overview on the shipping costs to different countries as well as important information about sending parcels to various countries with various parcel services.

Shipping times

In our online shop you find the shipping time of each product directly on the product page. If the shipping time is given in days, working days (Monday - Friday) are meant. If we receive an order and/or payment until 12 o'clock at a working day we ship your parcel on the same day, if it contains stock ware. Parcels are usually delivered within one day in Germany, in other European countries the shipment takes 1-2 days longer.
 
If you order several articles with different shipping times within one order, we will send all articles in one common parcel except we have agreed to something different with you. In this case for the complete shipment the delivery time is that, which holds for the arcticle of your order with the longest delivery time.
 

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs depend on the weight and the country of delivery. The following chart provides an overview about the shipping costs depending on the country and the weight:

Please, contact us, if you whish a delivery to a different country. If possible, we will calculate individual shipment costs on the base of your desired articles.
 

Delivery address, invoice address

You may give a delivery address, which is different to the invoice address, within your order. However, the delivery address and invoice address must be in the same country.
 

Delivery to Switzerland

We can supply our customers from Switzerland tax-free. Our shop displays the net value without taxes. The swiss customs charges 7,7% swiss VAT at delivery. We do not provide a subsequent refund of the VAT. If you pick up your goods in our store we have to charge german VAT, which we can not refund subsequently. We do not deliver a Swiss order to a German delivery address.
 
Note: Our scanners are delivered with a power cable, which can be used in many European coutries. For our Swiss customers we have a specific power cord with 3 pins in our product line.
 

VAT free delivery within the EU with VAT nomber

If you provide a Europe-wide valid VAT Identification Number, which entitles you to shop without VAT within the EU, with your order we deliver VAT-free. Only the net amounts will be listed on your confirmation of order. Before we create the official order confirmation we will check if the given VAT id no. is valid. If you pick up your goods in our store we have to charge german VAT which we can not refund subsequently.
 

Delivery with DHL or DPD

We only send goods in insured parcels. You can choose between delivery with DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) and DHL (Deutsche Post) when delivering within Germany.
 
If the DPD deliverer does not come across anyone he leaves a notification card with a service number and tries to deliver two more times on the following working days. If the DHL deliverer does not come across anyone within Germany he leaves a notification card that the parcel can be picked up at your local post office.
 
If you wish a delivery to a German container freight station please specify the according station address as shipping address. Choose DHL as delivery service. DPD does not deliver to container freight stations.
 

Cash on delivery shipment

Shipping with cash on delivery is only possible within Germany with DHL for an invoice value up to 3500€ (limit from DHL). If we receive your cash on delivery order before 12 o'clock noon we will send your packet the same day, so that it will be delivered the next working day as a general rule.

 

Payment methods

Our customers from Germany can pay by prepayment, cash on delivery, cash at pickup or by PayPal/credit card. Cash on delivery payment is only available for an order between 50 € and 3500 €.
 
Our customers from Switzerland and the EU countries can pay by prepayment or by PayPal/credit card.
 
Please, note that we do not refund value added tax subsequently. If you come from abroad into our office in Munich-Unterhaching and pick up wares, you have to pay the German VAT, which will not be refunded even after export.
 
If you want to pay with your credit card, please, choose PayPal as payment method. The charge on your PayPal account or your bank account or your credit card is done immediatley after finishing the payment procedure on the PayPal page. If you pay by PayPal or credit card, we are commited according to a PayPal rule, to send the goods to the address which is stored in your PayPal account. A different shipping address is not allowed according to PayPal.
